Feasibility Of Mangrove Program Implementation as Tsunami Disaster Mitigation In Layana Indah Village, Palu. Central Sulawesi

Abstract The earthquake that occurred on September 28, 2018 with an strength of 7.4 at a depth 10 Km, triggered tsunami along the coast Palu city. This condition resulted in several affected areas, one which Layana Indah Village is estimated to cause damage and losses after disaster amounting 12.6 billion rupiah. due lack maximum protection coastal areas as barrier well preservation vegetation coast. purpose this study was analyze feasibility implementing mangrove program mitigation measure Village. research method used qualitative by using secondary data, observation interviews. analysis technique uses economic valuation cost method. results indicate application structural efforts planting Rhizophora apiculata species declared feasible because it has value 1.5 means activity >1 based CBR (cost benefit Ratio).
